Refund Policy for Custom Printing

We want you to love your custom items, but due to the nature of our business, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for custom work. If there’s an issue with your order, such as a printing mistake, let us know right away and we’ll make it right!

Custom Printing Policy:
All custom-printed items are final sale and non-refundable. While we can’t offer refunds for things like file errors or sizing issues, we will happily replace any items that arrive with a printing defect. Just send us a photo of the issue, and we’ll get it sorted out as quickly as possible.

Outside Garments:
If you’re bringing in your own garments for customization, please note that we can’t replace or refund outside items. We’ll do our best to make sure everything turns out great, but we can’t take responsibility for garments provided by customers.

Damages and Issues:
When you receive your order, please give it a quick check! If something isn’t right—whether it’s the wrong item or a defect—reach out to us immediately so we can fix the problem and ensure you’re satisfied.

Color Disclaimer:
Colors may look slightly different in person than they do on your screen. This is because monitors display colors differently and everyone sees them in their own way. We do our best to match colors as closely as possible, but there may be slight variations in the final product.

For the most accurate result, we recommend purchasing a sample first!

File Recommendations:
While we accept PNGs and JPEGs, we suggest converting your designs to CMYK, 300dpi, and saving them as PDFs for the best print quality. This helps ensure your designs come out looking their absolute best!
